About

I kept the craft and changed who it’s for.

I’m Bia, the founder of MantaB. This is the road from a marketing agency in Floripa to a revenue operations company for companies that measure more than revenue.

Floripa, Brazil

Where it started

I ran a marketing agency. I fell for what sat behind it.

My first company was a marketing agency in Brazil. The campaigns were the visible part. What pulled me in was everything behind them: the systems, the logic, the numbers that told you what was really happening.

Silicon Valley

Three and a half years

Building from zero, for companies all over the country.

I moved to the US and worked as a freelancer in operations. I started building with AI early, testing and shipping systems from zero for companies across the country, and watching them work.

That was the first time I thought: I’m good at this, and I can do much more of it.

Barcelona

A place to thrive

Beach, Europe, Latin energy. And a brain that saw the whole business.

I wanted the sea, Europe and that Latin warmth, somewhere I could grow. Barcelona was it. I came to work for a technical staffing group, and there I found out how my head works: I see the business as one system, and I can turn it into processes and automations faster than most.

The corporate years

Three years

Comfortable, flexible, and never quite mine.

Three years in corporate: that staffing group, then two B2B SaaS scale-ups, building revenue operations. Good salary, some flexibility, real work. Nobody was the villain. Working for a company was simply never for me.

I kept going around the same loop: overachieve, feel undervalued, get frustrated, pull back. My ideas were used more than they were valued.

And around me, at company after company, I watched people burn out inside systems built to ask more of them, never to give time back.

2026

The leap

Leaving comfortable to start from zero again.

Walking away was hard. It meant giving up the steady salary and going back to the grind, from nothing.

But I knew I had more to give than one company at a time could hold. If I wanted to feel fulfilled, I had to build something that was mine.

Today

MantaB

Everything I learned, for companies whose growth does some good.

MantaB is what I bring back from the road: senior revenue operations, the patterns that work in the best SaaS companies, and AI used to give people time back. Now for companies that measure more than revenue.

It has been refreshing. With the experience behind me I make smarter decisions, faster, and I’m still learning every week.

The name

Why a manta. And why the B.

  • It filters without clogging.

Mantas process huge volumes of water, and their filter is built so it never clogs. That is the closest thing in nature to good revenue operations.

  • It glides.

Mantas cover enormous distances riding the current, not fighting it. No wasted motion.

  • It shows the water is healthy.

Where mantas are, the ecosystem underneath is working. Healthy systems, healthy teams, a healthier world.

The B is for become, being, building. Nobody is the manta yet, not us and not our clients. MantaB is the becoming.

Say it “manta-bee”.

What we believe about AI

AI should do the work nobody wants to do, and the work that takes too long. The person stays.

I’ve seen what happens when AI makes a team faster and nobody decides what the freed-up time is for: nothing gets lighter, more gets added.

So when a system we build frees up your team’s time, we’ll push for better uses than cutting people: moving people up, giving time back, or growing output with the same team.

How we run MantaB

  • Every price is public.

    No “contact us for pricing”

  • We say what we can prove.

If we don’t have a measured number, we say so

  • We tell you early.

If something breaks or slips, you hear it the day we know. We ask the same of you

  • We work on what we sell.

MantaB runs on the same kind of system we build for you

  • We stay small on purpose.

A short week is a goal, not a perk
